An Epic Optimizer will contact you and your leader to schedule this session within 60 days of starting to see patients. 

Have you begun seeing patients and falling into a routine with utilizing the CentraCare Epic system? Have you found yourself wondering, is there a way I could do this a little quicker? Are there templates or quick tips that can make me more efficient with the EMR? This Epic Personalization session will put you elbow-to-elbow with an experienced Epic Optimizer to help answer questions and provide efficiencies for you. 

This 2-hour session will be scheduled one-on-one in person at an agreed upon location. Please note, if you see clinic patients and inpatients, you may be scheduled for 2 separate sessions. 

Objectives 

• Complete user specific Epic personalization’s, such as note templates, favorite orders, and InBasket QuickActions 
• Open forum for Epic functionality questions and answers 
• Review other available Epic integrated tools, such as Dragon and Haiku
