Objectives

  2. Utilize a structured approach to elicit patient’s goals to align medical care with their values and wishes. 
  3. Learn how to obtain further education to help healthcare professionals utilize a conversation guide to ensure clear and compassionate dialogue with those diagnosed with a serious illness.
