Objectives

Lisa Bershok, MSW, LICSW, and Summer Coleman, MSW, LICSW, will present Suicide Risk Interventions for Outpatient Care. At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify suicide warning signs, know which best practice questions to ask to assess for suicide risk and determine level of acute risk. 
  2. Understand the clinical procedures for keeping patients safe at each identified risk level. 
  3. How to complete appropriate Health Officer Hold documentation.
