Learn About the New Compensation Model
Since the spring of 2023, the Physician Compensation Advisory Council (PCAC) worked with internal and external partners to create the new compensation model. In December, the Compensation Committee of the CentraCare Board approved the new model which will go live with guardrails on July 1st, 2024. From January 1st through June 30th, 2024, clinicians will be able to measure their current performance against the new model. Learn more below.
