The Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) Grant, a federally funded initiative with a lifespan of four to five years, supports CentraCare and other Minnesota healthcare systems meet the evolving drug overdose crisis by seamlessly integrating data collection and prevention strategies. Early intervention, clinical navigation and medication-assisted treatment are driving better outcomes for patients with opioid use disorder.
