Introducing Grand Rounds

Infectious Disease physician, Lucio Minces, MD, created The Science of Practicing Medicine CME series in 2023. In 2024, he launches CentraCare’s Grand Rounds. “In medicine,” Minces says, “It is always about updating knowledge.” His aim with clinical education at CentraCare? To have a robust on-going education that leads to standardized care. With the addition of Grand Rounds, Dr. Minces says, “Grand Rounds is fun. We’re just talking medicine. You don’t have to sit down and type a report or satisfy a patient. We’re just talking science and learning from each other.”
