Objectives

Dr. Katrina Wherry will discuss the topic of Depression Care during the December Science of Practicing Medicine CME. This will be Part One of a two-part series on Depression Care. Part Two will take place in January, 2025. At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  1. Understand the epidemiology and cost burden of depression 
  2. Understand screening, assessment and diagnosis of depression 

Note: Identical content is offered at each session under the topic specific sessions; providers need only attend one.
