E&M Fireside Chat: Ambulatory Telehealth CME
Evaluation and Management Documentation Education for Ambulatory Clinical Partners
Primary care providers, are you looking for a review of the 2021 E&M rules? Do you need assistance with medical decision making and E&M code selection? This session will focus on rules and standardized notes for telehealth visits.
Objectives
Identical content will be offered at each session. Clinical Partners need only attend one. At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
- Understand the basic elements for a patient encounter using telehealth services that determine Evaluation and Management levels.
- Identify possible modifications to personal documentation structure(s) of encounter notes.
