Evaluation and Management Documentation Education for Unique Opportunities Related to Family Medicine in Rural Health
Primary care providers, are you looking for a review of the 2021 E&M rules? Do you need assistance with medical decision making and E&M code selection? This session will focus on understanding unique opportunities related to split billing and unique services (such as extended face to face interactions or advance care planning).
Objectives
Identical content will be offered at each session. Clinical Partners need only attend one. At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
- Understand the basic elements that determine Evaluation and Management levels for a patient encounter.
- Identify possible modifications to personal documentation structure(s) of encounter notes.
- Understand unique opportunities related to split billing and unique services (such as extended face to face interactions or advanced care planning).
