Data is probably the most cumbersome of the three elements that changed with the Evaluation and Management codes, simply because the regulation regarding how the data points are counted are quite complex. (Problems and Risk are the other two.) As a provider, you do NOT need to know exactly how you are graded unless you are interested in that level of detail.
