After a short vacation last year, and no vacation the year before – this summer we are driving down to Galveston, Texas.
I very much appreciate life and each moment I have with my family and friends.

My goal is to get my three kids to all 50 states before my oldest one graduates. She will have five states left after this road trip. I’m a very goal orientated person and when I am able to reach my goals – which include my family, my girls, and my husband – while doing something fun that we love, even the car rides aren’t that bad. So my summer is essentially filled with water, swimming and my girls.
Lisa, you are such a driving force ;)! Good luck on meeting your goal!
What a great example of finding the joy in things – even car rides. Enjoy every moment of those last 5 states as well! You set such a positive example here and for your family. What an honor it is to work with you.

How wonderful! What an awesome goal! I can confirm that Lisa (my Lisa by the way!! lol:) is goal orientated. We went to LPN school years ago and I knew she would get done what she set out to do. Great story! More importantly….Great human being:)
