Making time for myself

It’s time to just not worry about anything

Rachel Capistrant, Endovascular Technologist

I make time for myself at least 3 days a week to do an intense workout with my Peloton, which I bought in 2020 as a stress reliever during winter. I also incorporate a lot more yoga, stretching, and sleep meditations into my daily routine. I love it!  In the summer months, I do road bike rides with my mother-in-law. It’s such a great feeling to be out on the roads and trails enjoying nature.

I also enjoy gardening, tending to my lawn and flowers, and my husband and I like to sit on our deck and watch the birds that come to our feeders. These activities help me feel more relaxed and help me escape the rush of daily life.  Because for me,  it’s time to just not worry about anything.
